This residence was thoughtfully designed for Ms. Via, combining modern architectural principles with tropical design strategies to create a home that is both elegant and highly functional. Built on a 6 × 24-meter site, the design maximizes every square meter while maintaining a comfortable and spacious living experience.
The façade showcases a contemporary composition through clean geometric lines, natural stone cladding, warm wooden accents, and a neutral color palette. Large vertical windows and generous openings enhance natural daylight and cross ventilation, creating a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the house while reducing dependence on artificial lighting.
Inside, the design emphasizes an open and welcoming layout with a double-height living area that enhances spatial quality and provides a sense of luxury. Carefully selected materials and soft lighting contribute to a warm, timeless interior that balances aesthetics with everyday comfort.
The design adopts a Modern Tropical Contemporary concept, focusing on harmony between architecture and the tropical climate. The building incorporates wide roof overhangs, large openings, natural ventilation, and durable natural materials to ensure thermal comfort while maintaining a refined modern appearance.
Natural stone serves as the main focal element of the façade, symbolizing strength and permanence, while wood finishes introduce warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of simple forms, clean lines, and balanced proportions creates a home that feels both modern and timeless.
Designed for modern family living, this project demonstrates how a narrow urban lot can be transformed into a sophisticated residence that seamlessly integrates functionality, natural elements, and contemporary architectural character.
